Dr. Victor Lee
Dr. Lee was born in
Houston, Texas and grew up in upstate New York. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Adelphi University Honors College, and after accepting the Dean's Merit Scholarship, obtained his dental degree
from the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Lee then completed his orthodontic residency at the University of Minnesota. He remains active in the most up-to-date orthodontic advances, having completed
the Invisalign Advanced Technology Certification for Orthodontists, and is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists, Vanguard Society of the American Association of Orthodontists
American Dental Association, and the Texas Dental Association.
Dr. Lee was introduced to Abilene by joining the orthodontic practice of Dr. Jim Bill Morrow, who after 30 years of practice, decided to retire and spend more time with his grandchildren. The two have successfully transitioned the practice. Dr. Lee is a member of Holy Family Church and enjoys traveling, dining out, watching movies, and spending time outdoors.
The first thing you will probably notice about this staff is that they are friendly, cheerful and enthusiastic. Each team member was selected, based upon their experience, cheerful personalities and their desire to help people. Our staff has extensive experience in orthodontics. They are CPR certified and attend meetings and classes for continuing education to stay current with new developments in our field. They are true professionals.
Amber Smalley - Treatment Coordinator
Amber was born and raised in the Midwest. She studied Marketing and Business Management at Ball State University. She relocated to Abilene in 2012 with her family; husband and two children. Amber loves the weather in the South and her favorite past time is to turn the radio up and drive with the top down in her jeep.
Lindsey Watkins - Treatment Coordinator
Lindsey lives in Abilene with her husband, Nick, and their son, Lane. Lindsey has been working in the medical and dental fields for over 10 years. She loves spending time with her family and her hobbies include photography, scrapbooking and crafts.

Kara Richardson- Clinical Technician
Kara was born in Abilene, Tx. She was raised in Casper, Wyoming. Kara has one child who is 4, his name is Bristen Lee and a fiance, Marcus. She has been an RDA for since 2012.

Lizzie Bennett - Clinical Technician
Lizzie is from Alaska and has lived in Texas since 2010. She is married with 3 kids! She loves the outdoors, DIY projects, playing board games, going on road trips, and spending time with her family.

Tiffany Rutledge - Clinical Technician
Tiffany was born and raised in Texas, and has worked in the dental field for over 2 years. Her life revolves around her 3 years old son, Simon. She enjoys movies, shopping, and spending time with her family.

Teresa Ervin - Clinical Technician
Teresa is registered with the State Board of Dental Examiners as a registered dental assistant and has over 15 years of orthodontic experience. She and her husband, Jack, have four children and three grandchildren. Her hobbies include painting, sewing and cake decorating.
Kaylee Kruse - Clinical Assistant
Kaylee grew up in Midlothian, Texas then moved to Winters, Texas after she married her husband Steven. She attended Tarleton State University and has been working in the orthodontic field since 2012. She enjoys spending time with her family and being outside with her animals.

Traci Long- Records Technician
Traci was born and raised in Abilene Tx, she married her husband Taylor, in April 2016 and they currently live in Ovalo with a farm full of dogs, horses, cattle, and Penelope the Bunny. She enjoys being anywhere near the water, riding horses, cooking, and spending quality time with her family & friends.
